När allt är superstressigt som denna veckan har varit för mig, när man inte en enda dag kommer hem före 22, när t.o.m imunförsvaret sackar ihop och man åker på en förkylning bör man reagera.

De flesta människor går och stressar mer och mer och bara fyller upp sina kalendrar till max utan att tänka på vad det gör med en.

Det är då man måste hitta något som får en att stanna till, att pausa upp allt och bara få vara!

Musik har alltid varit min "meditation". Så efter en full vecka väntade denna helgen som var ännu mera uppbokad, t.o.m dubbelbokad så att man fick vara elak och avboka vissa, men sånt händer när man tar på sig för mycket och inte stannar till. Så nu när jag var mitt uppe i den "jobbiga stressen", 3 timmar på mig att ta mig till Landskrona, handla in det sista, snabbdusch, ombyte, fix hit och dit så satte jag i mobilen i stereon för lite musik och denna låten dök upp som ett tecken. Jag släppte ALLT och bara stod där, rörde mig inte ur fläcken, bara lyssnade.

Så jag uppmanar alla att bara släppa allt, sätta igång låten och bara vara. Efteråt kommer det kännas som ett lugn i dig, refilled med energi:)

Låten Warrior worrior spelas av Outlandish som ALLTID varit favoriter för mig, de leverar bra, tänkvärd musik med bra budskap. Denna är inget undantag, lyssna till texten och hänger du inte med eller hör vad de sjunger så lägger jag ut texten nedan.
